  • The Music: A relaxed, chilled-out, low-tempo playlist to help you lock in your focus.
  • The Flow: Taught at a deliberate, slow, and educational pace inspired by classic foundation mechanics.
  • The Workout: Designed specifically to build deep core stability, posture, balance, and breath control without joint strain. Perfect for absolute beginners, those returning to movement, or anyone looking to master the foundations of mat work.

We are an “Anti-Studio” pop-up model, which means we move outdoors and in creative community spaces—but we never compromise on quality.

Every single reservation automatically includes a premium, professionally sanitized fitness mat rolled out and waiting for you on the grass. No traveling with gear, no extra packing. Just bring your water bottle, dress in comfortable athleisure, and show up ready to move!

(Note: We practice barefoot or in grip socks—shoes will be removed before stepping onto the mats).
