Signature Pop-Up Experiences

We take our classes on the road for unique, themed events that bring fitness to a new level of fun.

  • Chivo Cycle 45: A 45-minute cycling class that combines powerful cardio with targeted strength work using dumbbells and resistance bands.
  • Lakeside Barre: Find your flow with a scenic barre class at Scout Island on Lake Manawa. It’s the perfect way to connect with nature and your body.
